A proposal to create new educational options for at-risk youth in Tennessee is drawing interest from charter school networks in the state and beyond.
The Opportunity Charter School campus will serve middle school and high school students dealing with a variety of challenges, including substance abuse, juvenile delinquency, chronic absenteeism, teen pregnancy, missed grades, and at risk of dropping out. I will do it.
