Trevor Schatschneider, Taylor Stephenson and Heather Irby take on new roles at Fort Worth company
Fort Worth, Texas, February 27, 2024–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Ben Rosenthal, co-president and CEO of Standard Meat Company, names Trevor Schatschneider as director of information technology for the historic family-owned company. announced the promotion of long-time SMC executives. Team members Taylor Stephenson and Heather Irby have been named senior director of business development and senior director of human resources and safety, respectively.

As SMC's new Director of Information Technology, Trever Schatschneider will be responsible for all IT services and support, including applications, infrastructure and help desk services. Shaschneider will develop and deliver a comprehensive IT strategy and drive the implementation of tools and technologies that support the realization of SMC's business goals and objectives.
Prior to joining Standard Meat, Mr. Schatschneider served as senior manager of dealer business systems strategy at Kubota Tractor Corporation (KTC) in Grapevine, Texas. Kubota Tractor Corporation (KTC) is the U.S. division of a $16 billion Japanese company focused on agricultural, construction, and consumer equipment.

Standard Meat Company also announced internal promotions for two key management team members: Taylor Stephenson and Heather Irby. Taylor Stephenson, a 12-year veteran of the company, has been promoted to the role of senior director of business development.

Since she joined her SMC team in 2021, Heather's department has grown to over 25 people. In her new role, Heather will be responsible for human resources and safety leadership and strategy across her SMC organization.
