Walmart is closing all 51 of its health centers across the United States, saying rising operating costs and reimbursement issues have made them unsustainable.
These health centers, located next to Walmart Supercenters, have been providing low-cost medical care to patients in several states for the past five years.
Walmart also had plans to open additional health centers this year before announcing the closures on Tuesday.
Walmart Health Center locations
Walmart said its online directory includes the addresses of all health centers that will no longer open, including two in Gladstone, Missouri, and Fort Worth, Texas.
Walmart has not yet determined specific closing dates for each center, but the retailer said it will share details once a decision is made.
Here is a list of clinics that are closing.

What else to know about Walmart Health Center closures
Walmart introduced Health Centers in 2019, offering a wide range of health care services at low prices, including medical, dental, and behavioral health.
The company announced that it will now focus its medical operations on approximately 4,600 pharmacies and more than 3,000 vision centers across the United States.
It is unclear how many jobs will be lost as a result of health center closures.
Walmart said it will offer eligible employees the opportunity to move to other parts of the business, including Sam's Club stores. Employees may also be eligible for severance payments, the company said.
