The five winners of SCORE Lancaster-Lebanon's 2024 Small Business Awards have been announced.
The award winners, all clients of SCORE's free mentoring services and business workshops for entrepreneurs and small businesses, were recognized at a luncheon Wednesday at the Ware Center in downtown Lancaster. they are:
Chestnut Street Community Center: Lebanon's faith-based emergency shelter founded in 2021 by Laurie and David Funk. Since opening, the Funks have raised $2.5 million to renovate the church grounds that are home to the center.
Humankind: Elizabethtown-based bottled beverage company founded by TJ Foltz. We donate a portion of our profits to projects that provide clean drinking water to people in need.
Nabors Coaching Group: A Lancaster-based consulting firm founded by Tricia Nabors that provides leadership training and career coaching to executives, teams, and individuals.
Tread House: Founded by Megan Fessler McCarthy and Justin McCarthy, this Lancaster-based boutique fitness studio offers high-intensity cardio and strength training classes.
Urban Werks: Automotive detailing shop founded by Neil Maser. Starting with his 1,200 square foot store on Willow Street, he now operates his 12,000 square foot store in East Lampeter township where he employs nine people.
