Sarah Emmerich, Director of Digital & Blended Learning, recently passed a rigorous certification exam to earn her Certified Education Technology Leader® (CETL®) designation.
The CETL certification, awarded by the Consortium for School Networking (CoSN), demonstrates that Mrs. Emmerich has acquired the knowledge and skills necessary for 21 education.cent We bring Century technology to K-12 schools and other educational institutions.

To earn certification, candidates must demonstrate experience in the education technology field and pass a comprehensive exam based on the 10 skill areas in CoSN's K-12 CTO Essential Skills Framework . Upon earning the CETL certification, an Educational Technology Leader (“ETL”) must complete 60 hours of professional development activities every three years to maintain that certification.
