Real Salt Lake of Major League Soccer (MLS) and the Utah Royals of the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL) have entered into a long-term partnership with Intermountain Health.

- Medical care will also be provided to athletes affiliated with MLS Next Pro's Real Monarch and RSL Academy.
- Parties commit to promoting the health and well-being of Utah's families and children through community engagement.

- According to Sportico, the deal is worth approximately USD 75 million, or between USD 9 million and USD 10 million annually.

Real Salt Lake previously had a 10-year, $30 million contract with LifeVantage that expired after the 2023 MLS campaign. The Utah Royals are preparing to return to the NWSL this season after playing their first stint in the league from 2018-2020. When David Blitzer and Ryan Smith purchased Real Salt Lake for $400 million in 2020, the deal included the following options: Relaunching the NWSL team.
