The school's commitment to women's empowerment lives on in other pioneering initiatives. As a recent milestone, the Feld Center for Career and Alumni Engagement hosted her BU's first event. Women's workplace luncheon, highlights the agency's dedication to fostering dialogue and actionable actions for workplace and health equity. Featuring McKinsey & Company Partner Megan Greenfield, the event shared findings from a global report on the state of underinvestment in women's health and empowerment in the workplace . With more than 140 attendees, the event fostered active dialogue and enabled guests to discuss and implement actionable steps to improve health and workplace equity.
