PARSIPPANY — The Parsippany-Troy Hills School District has been nationally recognized for its outstanding music program for the sixth year in a row.
Recognized as a “Best Community for Music Education” by the NAMM Foundation, this honor recognizes the collaborative efforts of teachers, administrators, parents, students, and community leaders to integrate music education into a comprehensive educational experience. is reflected.
The NAMM Foundation, supported in part by the National Association of Music Merchants Foundation, is a nonprofit organization that awards this designation to districts and schools that demonstrate outstanding dedication to and accessibility to music education.
Districts selected for this honor are recognized for their outstanding achievements in providing music access and education to all students.
Parsippany is one of 975 districts across the country recognized for exemplary music education programs. The district proudly shared the accomplishment in a Facebook post in April, congratulating its “dedicated students, teachers, administrators, and community members.”
