(WJET/WFXP) – The Erie County Redevelopment Authority (ECRDA), Erie County Public Library, and NWPA Beehive Network are pleased to announce the 2nd Annual Small Business Symposium and Workshop.
This symposium will be held at the Blasko Library on March 23, 2024 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and is aimed at anyone interested in new business, creative business, or starting their own business. .
The classes provided include:
- What a beehive can do for you
- What an accountant needs
- intellectual property
- Small and medium enterprise law
- lending and finance
- branding and logo
- social media marketing
- e-commerce
- Creative Small Business Grant
“We are very excited about this workshop and what it will bring to budding creative entrepreneurs. Business owners interested in taking part in the 'Creative Small Business Grants' course will be interested to know that they can qualify for up to $5,000 in Redevelopment Authority start-up grants. Applications for that grant will open in April.
