SALEM — LEAP for Education will hold its annual Great Expectations fundraiser April 24 at 6 p.m. in Dunbarport, Danvers. The theme of this year's event is “The Power of Partnership.” Cell Signaling Technology, New England Biolabs, and the New England Biolabs Foundation will receive the Distinguished Partner of the Year award for their philanthropic contributions to science education and the environment. Dr. Sal Russello, CEO of New England Biolabs, will be the keynote speaker.
Cell Signaling Technology has partnered with LEAP since 2008 and with New England Biolabs since 2018. Both companies are part of his LEAP business partner network, a regional network committed to providing funding and providing students with science workshops, career mentors, field trips, and career speakers.
“We are grateful to all of our strong school, community and business partners and want to use our fundraising efforts to honor their shared commitment to quality education,” said Linda Sallis, executive director of LEAP for Education. “I thought so,” he said.

100% of the net proceeds from this event will support a free after-school project-based learning and college success program for underserved youth from middle school to post-secondary in Salem, Lynn, and Peabody. Masu.
