This season, new and improved Google Fiber Fast Lanes have been installed at Children's Mercy Park, making entry safer and easier. To simplify the entry process, fans are advised not to bring bags into the stadium. If you bring your own bag, please be aware of our clear bag policy. All bags are subject to inspection.
Sporting KC tickets are mobile-only and can be managed through your SeatGeek account manager. Speed up the admission process by having your digital ticket ready before you arrive at the gate – When entering the stadium, your ticket will now be scanned before passing through security. Please note that ticket screenshots will no longer be accepted. To expedite entry, we highly recommend transferring tickets to each member of your party before entering.
In all transactions within the building, Cash is no longer accepted. Mobile ordering is available for Sporting Style merchandise and all concession stands using the Sporting KC app.
When you bring your bag to the stadium, it must be clear. Clear bags no larger than 12 inches x 12 inches x 6 inches may be allowed after thorough inspection by stadium security staff. Fans must be prepared to open their bags for inspection and may be asked by security to remove or remove contents. All baggage is subject to inspection and this inspection is considered a condition of entry.
Fans who are traveling with babies or small children, who must bring medical bags and diaper bags, are also subject to similar screening procedures. Please note that wearing the opposing team's colors or gear is prohibited in the supporters stands. If you wear the opposing team's gear, your seat will be moved to a different section of Children's Mercy Park.
