I don't understand the management situation in Ward 5.. I read the report and it doesn't match what I witnessed. However, as a resident, Commit to spending at least $100 on new business. For example, Minnie Bell's Soul Movement just opened on Fillmore Street. Holy Stitch on Market Street is home to a soon-to-open denim factory and Plus facility. We need the whole concept here.
As a supervisor, based on negative experiences I have had with past and current supervisors, Open your ears and mind to creativity.

Businesses in the 5th Ward have had a hard time recovering since the pandemic; Our neighborhoods suffered a devastating loss of vibrancy.. For example, Haight and Hayes have collectively lost more than 1,000 businesses, a net decrease of 5% since 2020.
I will give priority Invigorate the business community by streamlining permitting processes and reducing red tape Promote a supportive business environment.
Our economic resilience also Supporting diversity and inclusion in business. I have had the opportunity to meet with local business owners in the district and they share the same concerns.
