STARKVILLE, Miss. — Mississippi State University and the Mississippi Small Business Development Center are pleased to announce the appointment of Mary Graham as MSU's new Center Director.
With an extensive background in business development and a passion for driving growth for small and medium-sized businesses, Graham brings a wealth of experience to this important role.
As the newly appointed center director, Mr. Graham will lead the Mississippi SBDC in its mission to support local entrepreneurs, strengthen small business capacity, and contribute to the state's economic development.
Mr. Graham, who came to Mississippi SBDC from a job in commercial lending, expressed enthusiasm for this new opportunity.
“I am honored to join the Mississippi Small Business Development Center and work with a talented team dedicated to supporting small businesses in our state. We are excited to explore new avenues to support growth and resilience in our community. “
Mississippi State University College of Business Dean Scott Grau expressed confidence in Graham's ability to advance the development of entrepreneurship. He added, “We are thrilled to have Mary on board to help business owners access the resources they need to succeed.”
Sharon Nichols, Mississippi SBDC state director, is looking forward to adding Graham to the team.
