FLINT, MI — Flint Style Soccer, whose mission is to introduce soccer to local kids, is hosting an event this weekend that will bring the community together.
The organization is launching “Support Flint Style: Where the Beach Meets Garland,” a collaborative event aimed at bringing together community, music and culinary delights in support of the mission of Flint Style Soccer, while supporting local Flint businesses. “announced.
On Saturday, March 2, three Flint businesses, Jack's Record Stash, 134 W 1st St., Queens Provisions, 421 Garland St., and the Smoke Rattle and Roll Flint food truck will unite to rally support for Flint-style soccer To do. An important initiative.
The event promises a variety of experiences, from browsing records at Jack's Record Stash to sampling gourmet cuisine at Queen's Provisions to savoring delicious bites from the Smoke Rattle and Roll Flint food trucks.

Brown, assistant to the soccer organization. “Not only are these events great from a fundraising standpoint to support our free soccer programs, but they're also great networking events. A portion of the sales generated at Jack's Record Stash and Queen's Provisions on Saturday will go directly to supporting Flint Style Soccer's mission to introduce the game of soccer to Flint's youth, the news release said. Stated.
A limited number of door prizes will be available to the first 20 customers at Jack's Record Stache who will receive a $10, $25 or $50 gift card.
Queens' Provisions will give away gift cards to the first 20 people who spend $50 or more. The first 50 customers to make a purchase at each store will receive a free Flint Style Soccer Sticker.
Customers who spend $50, $100 or $200 or more at any of our businesses are rewarded with a variety of swag.
“Proceeds from the proceeds will not only provide free soccer programming to the children of Flint, but will also include some educational materials, funds for cleats and other services,” Brown said. “One of the big things we've found is that kids don't have the right equipment.”
Flint Style Soccer is a beacon of hope and opportunity for more than 300 Flint youth, providing one of the largest free soccer assistance programs per capita in North America, according to a news release.
