Flexera is a long-time Oracle partner and is continually validated as a third-party tools vendor by Oracle's Global Licensing and Advisory Services (GLAS). This status enables Flexera customers to use Flexera's solutions to perform detailed asset management assessments of their currently deployed Oracle estate.
As part of Oracle's strategic vision and commitment to help customers understand their deployed Oracle environments, Oracle GLAS offers customers a variety of options to gain better insight and visibility into their Oracle software deployments through Oracle tools or strategic Oracle validated tool vendors. The program has been expanded to now also provide insight into Oracle E-Business Suite applications, meaning Oracle customers can optimize their SAM strategy by working with approved SAM vendors. Flexera is the first, and so far only, partner validated for this new capability.
Obtaining this validation means that Oracle recognizes Flexera as a third-party tool vendor that provides accurate usage data for Oracle EBS, and customers can trust that Flexera is accurately collecting software deployment information for this product.
