Food processing training
The Montana Manufacturing Extension Center will hold hazard analysis and critical control point training for meat processors and food manufacturers on May 8 and 9 at the Montana West Economic Development, 44 Second Ave. W. in Kalispell. This class will discuss the requirements of the Food Safety Modernization Act's Preventive Controls for Human Foods regulation and how a company can benefit from creating or updating its HACCP plan.
