ROSFORD, Ohio — NAI Harmon Group announced Tuesday that it has sold the final acres of Harmon Business Park in Rossford, with additional development planned for next year.
According to a press release from NAI Harmon, 72 acres of land within the business park was sold in January. The business park occupies a total of 112 acres north of the Amazon Distribution Center and east of Bass Pro Shops in Rossford. NAI Harmon announced the creation of the business park in 2016, describing it as the first significant industrial development in northern Wood County.

The project was estimated to cost $75 million at its inception and was created in partnership with the City of Rossford and NAI Harmon.
“Harmon Business Park is a perfect example of public-private partnerships to drive economic development,” said Stephanie Kuhlman, NAI Harmon Vice President of Real Estate Development. “The City of Rossford’s vision to participate has enabled NAI Harmon Group to bring significant capital improvements and job creation to the area.”
Kuhlman added in the press release that the company is looking forward to future projects in northwest Ohio.
Since 2016, NAI Harmon and Logan Creek Construction have completed three buildings totaling 220,000 square feet in the park, with an additional 540,000 square feet planned for development, the company said.
