Greenville, North Carolina – ECU Health is seeking feedback from community members throughout Eastern North Carolina on its current Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA). Feedback from CHNA helps health systems understand what local residents perceive as the most important health issues affecting their communities.
ECU Health conducts this comprehensive assessment every three years to provide a foundation for improving and promoting the health of the Eastern North Carolina region. By seeking direct feedback from our community, ECU Health can better align our efforts to promote health and address critical health challenges.
ECU Health encourages all community members ages 15 and older to complete the CHNA survey and provide meaningful feedback on how ECU Health can continue to improve the health and well-being of Eastern North Carolina doing.
The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete and all responses will be kept confidential. Your feedback will help ensure ECU Health meets the health care needs of the 29 counties we serve. The survey will be accepted until June 7, 2024.
The CHNA process involves the collection and analysis of comprehensive data, including demographic, socio-economic, and health-related statistics. However, the most valuable insights come directly from the community members themselves. His completed CHNA analysis and its results will serve as the basis for prioritizing strategies to meet community health needs to improve the health and well-being of eastern North Carolina.
