Orlando, Florida – This may come as a surprise, but pickleball is a professional sport. Yes, you read that correctly. America's fastest growing sport has an elite group of players who are drafted, traded, and play for paychecks.
Major League Pickleball (MLP) brings together top-ranked men and women to play in an innovative team-based competition. There are 24 teams divided into two levels.
The Premier Level is comprised of 48 of the most in-demand players in all of professional pickleball, divided into 12 city teams. The Challenger level is made up of up-and-coming players. Each team drafts four new players each year.

Federico Stakstrad (MLP Draft 11th)
Vivian David (MLP draft pick 20th)
