DHL Express signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Women & e-commerce Forum (“WE”), forging a pivotal collaboration under the DHL GoTrade program. GoTrade, a sustainability program of the DHL Group, is dedicated to catalyzing export-led growth for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) around the world. “WE” is a community platform that aims to build a support system for women entrepreneurs in Bangladesh to turn their skills into businesses.
In partnership with DHL, 'WE' members will benefit from expert-led sessions covering a variety of topics essential to global expansion, including globalization strategies, marketing techniques, logistics optimization and e-commerce solutions. “Cross-border trade and growth” is one of the initiatives of DHL's GoTrade program, which targets small and medium-sized enterprises from various sectors, including those that are members of “WE”. Furthermore, the program aims to extend its reach beyond the Forum's network to include small and medium-sized enterprises, promoting inclusivity and expanding the impact of this initiative on Bangladesh's trade landscape.
