They will contribute to establishing a leading international broker in the Indian market. Mr. Dhananjay will assume the role of Chief Information Officer and Mr. Punit will join as Chief Risk and Compliance Officer. Together, they will play a pivotal role in supporting Dr. Sandeep Dadia in driving business growth in India.

Dhananjay has over 20 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry with a focus on technology. His responsibilities include strategy development, technology architecture, digitization and automation. He specializes in developing innovative strategies that drive growth and innovation, and aligning technology projects with broader commercial objectives. Dhananjay's expertise in technology architecture has resulted in robust and scalable solutions that enhance his operational excellence. A focus on automation and digitization drives agility and efficiency, improving workflows and client interactions. Additionally, Dhananjay is passionately committed to cybersecurity and data protection, ensuring the protection of valuable assets and regulatory compliance in an ever-evolving threat landscape.
With over 16 years of experience in risk management, audit and compliance, Punit brings a wealth of expertise to his role as Chief Risk and Compliance Officer. He has previously worked with prominent organizations such as Aditya Birla Insurance Brokers Limited, Yes Bank Limited, Aditya Birla Sunlife Insurance, SR Batliboi & Associates, and Price Waterhouse.
In his current position as Compliance Designator, Punit oversees the compliance requirements of businesses and develops effective policies, systems and processes for risk management. He holds the designation of CPA and specializes in risk management, compliance, and auditing. Punit completed his Bachelor's degree in Commerce from his Symbiosis College of Arts and Commerce in Pune.
