- The event will be held at St. Luke CME Church in Nashville on Saturday, April 20th from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
- Vaccines, dental care, medical services, free diapers and food will all be available at the event.
A clinic in Nashville offering free dental services, diapers and vaccines will be held on Saturday, April 20, in partnership with NFL Alumni Association of Tennessee, St. Luke's CME Church and Meharry Medical College's Tennessee CEAL Program.
St. Luke CME Church in Nashville's Buena Vista neighborhood will also feature music, free food and exercise classes for event attendees from 12 to 4 p.m. Former Tennessee Titans will be available to sign autographs and take photos with fans.
Event attendees will be required to carry the following symptoms: herpes zoster (for adults 50 and older), influenza, RSV (for adults 60 and older), hepatitis B, HPV, pneumococcus, Tdap, and COVID-19. 19) will be provided by Kroger.
This event is designed to promote healthy lifestyles and provide access to healthcare for people in the Nashville community. This is part of the NFL Alumni Association's “Gear Up Tennessee” initiative, a partnership between the NFL Alumni Association and the Tennessee Department of Health that encourages former NFL players to make healthy lifestyle choices like vaccinations and exercise. is promoting.
The event is also supported by the National Conference of Black Churches, Dedicated Senior Health Center, Help to Moms, Nashville Diaper Connection, and the CEO Roundtable on Cancer.

Dr. Donald Alsender of Meharry Medical College and Rev. Darryl A. Ballard II of St. Luke CME Church will also be in attendance at the church event at 2008 Ed Temple Blvd.
