England may not have any Premier League clubs left in the Champions League, but two of the country's biggest stars will go head to head for a spot in the knockout stages.
Three Lions captain Harry Kane has been outstanding for Bayern Munich, despite the German giants failing to win the Bundesliga for the first time in 12 years.
Meanwhile, Jude Bellingham lit up the Bernabéu in his debut season with Real Madrid.
When the two sides meet in the first leg in Munich on Tuesday, England manager Gareth Southgate will no doubt be one of the keenest observers.
Both players will be key to the Three Lions' Euro 2024 campaign, but who will prevail at club level?
Can Bellingham surpass Ronaldo?
Last summer it became clear that one of the world's leading young talents would be leaving Bellingham, with all the top clubs vying for his signature.
The former Birmingham City player currently plays for Borussia Dortmund, with the likes of Liverpool, Manchester City, Manchester United and Chelsea reportedly doing their best to persuade Bellingham to join them.
However, the lure of Real Madrid proved too much for the Stourbridge-born midfielder and he moved to Spain for £89 million.
It's one thing to put such a price tag on a player, but how will Bellingham cope with the added pressure of being part of Real's Galacticos squad?
That's a really good answer. In all competitions, the England international has scored 21 goals and provided 10 assists in 36 games.
In La Liga, he scored the winning goal in stoppage time against Barcelona both home and away, further cementing his status as one of Real's star men.
Cristiano Ronaldo's first season at the Bernabéu was more impressive in terms of goals, but the five-time Ballon d'Or winner ended his first season without winning a trophy.
Meanwhile, Bellingham are on track to win the La Liga title and are just three games away from winning the Champions League.
Bellingham, who has scored four goals and provided four assists in games across eight continents so far this term, is on a mission to bring a 15th European Cup trophy back to the Spanish capital.
But to achieve that, he must first lead the team beyond his Bayern and England teammate Harry Kane.
If either Bellingham or Kane win the Champions League this season, they could become favorites for the Ballon d'Or at the end of the year.
Kane's silverware hunt continues
Kane joined Bayern Munich from Tottenham Hotspur in August last year on a four-year contract for an initial €100m (£86.4m) plus add-ons.
Given his obvious qualities and abilities, he was expected to be an instant hit, but Spurs' all-time top scorer has exceeded expectations at Bayern.
He scored 42 goals in all competitions in his debut season with the Bundesliga giants, breaking his previous record of 41 for Tottenham in 2017-18.
Thirty-five of those goals came in Germany's top flight, and with three games left he is six goals shy of Robert Lewandowski's record of 41 goals in a Bundesliga season.
In 10 Champions League games, Kane scored seven goals and provided three assists, including a penalty in Bayern's 2-2 draw in the quarter-final first leg with arch-rivals Arsenal.
Only Kylian Mbappé has scored more goals than Kane in this season's competition.
However, the Bavarian giants are without a win in the last seven finals against Real Madrid, with one draw and six losses.
The Bundesliga title has already been relinquished, with manager Thomas Tuchel He left the team after the season ended, This is Bayern's last chance to end the campaign with a silver medal.
