Dropping out of school is a constant challenge in the education system of many countries. Countries are following specific strategies to address this problem.
According to Article 30 of the Constitution, the government must provide all citizens with free education up to secondary school and extend free higher education to the extent necessary for the country's independence.
Therefore, students need to be prevented from dropping out of school, and returning students to school requires careful planning. Children who are not in school should be organized.
In this regard, the Ministry of Education aims to serve the entire population by building and developing state-run schools, recruiting as many teachers as possible to educate students in all parts of the country, and ultimately developing a positive education system. They are trying to implement the Free Education Act. A culture that maximizes student attendance in the classroom.
Despite these efforts, there are still children in many parts of the country, including Tehran, who are unable to receive an education.
