Global e-commerce company Furnolic Co has secured a second unit at Prologis Park in Ryton, Warwickshire, signing a 10-year lease with Prologis UK for more than 160,000 sq ft of space.
The new unit, DC4, will add 166,748 sq ft of logistics space to Furnolic's UK base, ensuring the park is fully occupied.
Recently refurbished, DC4 boasts an EPC A rating, fully electric on-site offices and EV charging points in the car park.
Furnolic, which trades under the names Songmics, Vasagle and Feandrea, is one of Amazon's largest retailers, specialising in home goods, furniture and pet furnishings.
The company operates globally, with operations in the United States (Ameziel), Germany (Euziel), Japan (Zieljp), France, Spain, Italy, Canada and Mexico.
