The E-Commerce Specialist will play a key role in managing and optimizing our online store, providing our customers with a seamless luxury shopping experience. The role will involve supporting the growth of our e-commerce presence through a combination of website management and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, a passion for luxury goods, and a strong understanding of e-commerce best practices.
things to do:
– Leverage sales, marketing, and web data to manage the day-to-day merchandising of your Shopify website, including updating product pages, blog posts, home page, and collection pages.
– Apply SEO best practices to website updates based on SEO consultant guidelines.
– Conduct daily website audits.
– Oversee all photography assets and copy on the website to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards. This includes ordering product photography from outside vendors and collaborating with interior designers and photographers to create imagery for projects.
– Manage and maintain all website apps.
– Work with developers to make technical improvements to the website.
– Send weekly IT reports to keep the team updated on changes to the website.
– Generate monthly web reports highlighting key performance metrics and insights into your online growth.
-Use Monday.com to help your Creative Director create and execute email and SMS strategies.
– Lead the execution of email/SMS campaigns including maintaining audience lists, creating new segments and A/B testing.
– Prepare detailed monthly Klaviyo summaries of campaign/flow performance and areas of improvement.
– Support the Creative Director in planning upcoming content to ensure beautiful photography for digital platforms.
– Manage your Instagram, Linktree, social media roundups, reels and posts.
– Maintain and update Pinterest and provide regular reports.
-Manages Sister Parish's YouTube account.
– Update your marketing materials using Canva or Adobe Suite.
– Organize and store all your images in Dropbox.
Things necessary:
-Shopify expertise
-Klaviyo Expertise
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Experience with GA4, Google Console, and Shopify Analytics
-Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
– Experience with all relevant social media platforms a plus (Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
