What we do
The company is an authorized dealer for many top brands and will operate a brick-and-mortar store in the affluent downtown area of Greenwich, Connecticut.
What we need
We are looking for a Manager to oversee the development, implementation and growth of a globally optimized e-commerce platform using Shopify.
What is your main responsibility?
- We use Shopify to manage our e-commerce website and optimise every aspect of its global expansion.
- They upload new products and images to the website, handle online sales, and engage with online customers.
- Manage all social media accounts and run growth campaigns to attract new customers.
- Manage all your email marketing campaigns.
- Create an online identity with a modern, luxurious aesthetic. Create photo and video segments for social media. Implement creative photography, videography, and a new, unique marketing voice that speaks to the needs of your affluent clientele.
- Generate monthly reports to monitor engagement metrics.
- Photo archive for SEO website optimization, Google Ad Words, search optimization.
- Assist sales staff with physical deliveries, in-store sales, and in-person events and promotions.
What we are looking for
- 3-5 years of experience managing e-commerce platforms
- Expertise in Shopify, Website Design and E-commerce Optimization. Knowledge of Shopify Apps, AI Integration and Global Selling Management.
- Photography and videography skills and editing abilities are a must
- Marketing campaign growth, engagement metrics, and email marketing campaign performance
- Guitar knowledge preferred
- On-site work is possible
