Mindshare's head of digital for South Asia, Gopa Menon, has reportedly left the company. During his tenure, Menon focused on driving digital transformation and executing business strategies for Mindshare South Asia and its customers. He also played a key role in improving the company's performance in areas such as e-commerce and martech.
Additionally, Menon was involved in developing organization-wide policies and fostering collaboration between Mindshare and GroupM agencies. He also helped develop overarching goals to drive mindshare growth in the market and led the client's digital transformation process.
In other developments, Mindshare has appointed Reckitt's Kalyan Andinti as its new head of e-commerce, leveraging his experience in scaling e-commerce businesses. Sources said Dimpy Yadav, previously with Xaxis India, has joined as head of digital strategy.
