They play their home games at Catholic University's Carlini Field, which is home to former Division I track, basketball and football stars.
Learn more about DC Breeze, the district's men's professional ultimate Frisbee team!
A member of the Ultimate Frisbee Association (UFA), which consists of 24 teams in the United States and two teams in Canada, Brees has made the playoffs for the past seven years and continues to do so. They also have a female team called DC Shadow.
On today's episode of “Matt About Town,” WTOP's Matt Kaufax sprints all the way to Northeast D.C. to become one with the disc and play the ultimate Frisbee himself.
Matt has discovered that DC's Ultimate Frisbee scene is much more prevalent than many people realize, and the sport is growing rapidly. Not just in DC, but across the United States.
The DC Brees will play their first home game of the season on Friday, May 10th at Carlini Field, and players agree it will be an exciting game. The game is family and pet friendly and promises heart pounding action and highlight his reel moments.
