Mellow Mushroom, a stone-oven pizza brand with more than 160 locations nationwide, celebrates its 50th anniversary this year and will celebrate its golden anniversary with a kaleidoscopic celebratory event at each location from May 14 to November 2024. It's a schedule.

Mellow Mushroom releases 50th anniversary LTO menu items
From May 14th to November 11th
LTO menu items available at all Mellow Mushroom locations will be listed in a special 50th Anniversary section of the menu. This section includes new items, including: super pep pizza featuring A mellow red sauce base topped with mozzarella, pepperoni, Mama Lil's Peppers, a little seasoned ricotta cheese, and Mike's Hot Honey.®, chop toit salad and Tomatoes, cucumbers, sweet onions, Mama Lil's peppers, black olives, provolone and shredded salami on shredded romaine lettuce, topped with homemade croutons and drizzled with gluten-free red wine vinaigrette.and honey sriracha wings Special feature Nine twice-baked honey sriracha wings are sprinkled with sesame seeds and chives and served with your choice of celery, carrot, ranch or blue cheese dressing. In addition to the revived classic pizza, The Marley Special feature Jerk chicken, mozzarella cheese, Italian sausage, and sweet onions on a pesto-based crust and Maui Wowie featuring Pesto base with mozzarella, honey ham, pineapple, jerk chicken, banana peppers, and applewood smoked bacon.. Mellow Pint Night: Cheers to 50 years
Capitalizing on the brand's deep-rooted love for pizza and beer, Mellow Mushroom launched pop-up happy hours held at various Mellow locations throughout the summer and fall, and went 5-0 with great success.
