Crystal Palace will only accept offers for star forwards Eberechi Eze and Michael Oliseh from more than £60m each.
The Eagles have secured a club-record 12th season in the Premier League and are safe from relegation, with the Eagles saying there is no financial need to sell either player.
However, he accepts that a bid is likely to be made this summer, especially after the form of 25-year-old Eze and 22-year-old Oliseh has been praised in recent weeks.
And Palace believe the starting price is £60m per player should interested teams wish to enter into negotiations.
Palace are in a better negotiating position as Olise and Eze both signed long-term deals this season.
Neither contract contains a simple release clause and the percentages in any contract will be complicated by the relationship between the player's former club, the player himself and Crystal Palace.
Last summer there was interest in Eze from Manchester City, but the champions signed Matheus Nunez from Wolves instead, while Chelsea thought their release clause had been triggered and signed Oliseh for around £35 million. I tried but failed.
The players are happy at Palace and have placed particular emphasis on choosing a team where they can demonstrate their ability on the ball and showcase their attacking talent, making any possible transfers beneficial to them. are keen to make sure that
Match of the Day pundit Danny Murphy said Eze was “on another planet” after Sunday's 5-2 win over West Ham, adding: “He's a Champions League player. Palace I'm sorry to the fans, but he won't be playing.” This is an incredible talent.
“There will be a lot of clubs following him because he can do a lot of things. He's a great, great player.”
With neither Olise nor Eze in the squad and the pair having started just six Premier League games together, there is a noticeable difference in Crystal Palace's play.
They have scored or assisted on 13 of 14 goals in the last six games.
Olise and Eze are two of Palace's success stories signed from the Championship under sporting director Dougie Freedman.
In addition to Olise and Eze, they have also signed Marc Guehi (on loan from Chelsea) after his time at Swansea, and more recently Adam Wharton.
Wharton has already impressed many inside Selhurst Park since his £18 million move from Blackburn and has also attracted the attention of other teams in the Premier League.
Wharton's passing shone when playing in the center of midfield and his vision allowed Eze and Olise to get on the ball in dangerous areas.
Another player who could be a transfer candidate this summer is England international Guehi.
The 23-year-old has had an impressive run with the Eagles since signing in 2021 and continues to establish himself in England's set-up.
The defender is likely to be selected in Gareth Southgate's squad for this summer's Euros and will enter the remaining two years of his contract.
