Larry Bird joins Celtics legends at House of Sports during grand opening weekend
Four Boston Celtics greats, including three Hall of Famers, signed autographs for fans Saturday as part of the weekend's grand opening celebrations at Dick's House of Sports. Dozens of people waited in the rain outside the House of Sports on Boylston Street. The 10-time All-Star and three-time World Series winner will be inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 2022. Additionally, former Boston Bruins captain Patrice Bergeron will appear on the House of Sports on Sunday from noon to 1:30 p.m. . Bergeron was a key member of Boston's 2011 Stanley Cup championship team and played all 19 NHL seasons with the Bruins. He will retire in July 2023. Related content:
