On Friday, April 19, the “Dog Days Are Over” artist, 37, celebrated the release of Taylor Swift's latest album with a post on social media.
The 16-track album looks back on her collaboration with the pop megastar on the track 'Florida!!!', with the Florence and the Machine frontwoman writing on Instagram: 'Me and my ghosts, we had such a great time' 🖤 @taylorswift I'm honored to be in this category.”
Along with it, she shared a note with a letterhead that read, “Florence Welch, Hurricanes and Haunted Races, Florida,” with what appeared to be a body of water and trees in the background, and a photo of the song. A moving image of the lyrics was drawn. ”
In the song, Welch and Swift sing about the devastation of a breakup and their plans to move to Florida and start fresh.
“I want to forget, so take me to Florida/ I have some regrets, I'll bury them in Florida. “Tell me I'm mean, tell me it's not allowed/At least the doll is beautiful, f— cheer me up, Florida,” the duo sings on the track.
The two have been friends for years, have a mutual friend in Blake Lively, and have been spotted together many times, but this will be the first time they've collaborated on a music project.

Side A includes “Fortnite” featuring Post Malone, “Tortured Poets Department,” “My Boy Just Breaks His Favorite Toy” and “Down Bad.” The B-side songs are “So Long, London,” “But Daddy I Love Him,” and “Fresh Out the Slammer.”
