The Iowa High School Sports Awards, presented by SCHEELS, is proud to announce the nominees for Male Swimming and Diving Athlete of the Year. The winner will be announced during a live show on June 10th at Hoyt Sherman Place in Des Moines.
The Iowa High School Sports Awards, one of 20 regional shows across the nation, is a nine-month student-athlete recognition program that culminates in a red carpet show this spring. The show recognizes athletes, coaches and teams around the state who play in sanctioned Iowa high school sports.
The live show will recognize these nominees, as well as Athlete of the Year from 21 other sanctioned sports. The awards showcase will also feature other top awards honoring the achievements of student-athletes, coaches and teams on and off the field. These include the Courage Award, Coach of the Year Award, Team of the Year Award, Boys and Girls Athlete Award, and more. of the year award.
