Ian Ziegler of Northwest University and Jacob Lyons of Taslow University led the local honorees on the 2023-24 PAC-7 Winter Sports All-League Team.
Ziegler was named PAC-7 Boys Basketball Player of the Year and Lyons was named PAC-7 Wrestler of the Year.
Ziegler averaged 19.5 points and 7.1 rebounds for Northwest, which finished third in the league at 10-4 behind CVCA (14-0) and Tri-Way (11-3). The 6-foot-3 senior forward was also named the District 4 Coaches Association Division II Player of the Year, shooting 59.2 percent from the floor.
Tri-Way's Ben Holt was named PAC-7 Men's Basketball Coach of the Year. League champion CVCA was shut out of men's basketball individual honors.

The Lions are four-time PAC-7 champions and have won more than 150 career games with the Mustangs. He finished seventh at 150 pounds at the Division III state tournament. Canton South's Joe Retherford led the Wildcats to a league championship and was named PAC-7 Wrestling Coach of the Year. It was the second consecutive league championship for Nanbu.
