Before joining KHA, Fangman worked as a shift supervisor at Glory Days' His Pizza. Before that, she worked as an activities assistant at Ascension Living Via Christi Village. Fangman brings excellent customer service skills to this position. Fangman enjoys entertaining friends and family using locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. She lives in Topeka.

Lance Libby has been appointed as the new chief executive officer of FHL Bank Topekais a wholesale bank that serves as a source of credit for member financial institutions in Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, and Oklahoma. “Lance's work as former Chief Credit Officer provided numerous opportunities to engage with our members,” said Jeff Kuzbel, President and CEO of FHLBank Topeka. Mr. Libby will lead many of the member-facing areas. He joined FHLBank Topeka in May 2013 as Director of Credit Analytics and served as Chief Credit Officer since 2017. FHLBank Prior to joining , he served as vice president of Mortgage Liquidity Solutions and a consultant for the Rochdale Group. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Kansas State University and a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. He holds a master's degree. “As Chief Credit Officer, I enjoyed spending time working with members to pledge collateral to FHLBank to facilitate their liquidity and funding needs.'' ,” Libby said. “In this new role, I will be looking at how we can continue to improve our range of products and services to ensure we meet the liquidity and capital needs of our members and enable them to remain in business. I'm excited to spend my day creating a stronger community. ”
