Costco is expanding further into health care while strengthening its relationship with Sesame. Sesame Healthcare offers both telemedicine and in-person care for those without health insurance. Through your $99 annual membership, you'll have the opportunity to speak and meet some of the most talented doctors and nurses. Teleservice appointments allow patients to see a doctor quickly and effectively.
Sesame has three co-founders. They are co-founder and CEO David Goldhill, and fellow co-founders Michael Botta and John Fontaine. In September of this year, Costco began offering members a discount on Sesame's range of outpatient medical services. Costco members can receive virtual primary care for $29, physical exams for $72, and virtual mental health therapy for $79 through Sesame, as well as 10% off all other Sesame services, including in-person appointments. postscript: I think this program is great for Costco customers. There are reports of success and failure on the internet. Booking cancellations are the main complaint. I suspect this young organization endured some growing pains and had some professionals who initially didn't keep their promises. Professionals must keep their promises to clients and increase the credibility of their company. I think this will settle down over time. Costco's program is certainly a plus for members.
