Broadband for Good is Frontier's community impact program dedicated to promoting digital inclusion. “As we connect more people in Connecticut and across the country to high-speed fiber internet, we will positively impact the communities we serve in the process,” officials said. We are making donations to organizations that support the cause.”
DAE expands access to STEM opportunities for high school students and adults in Connecticut. The organization equips learners from all backgrounds with the digital and personal development skills they need to enter higher education in STEM and entry-level, high-growth technology jobs. We also do this in a hands-on, hands-on learning environment.
“DAE is an outstanding organization that breaks down barriers for students to receive the STEM education and training they need to transform their lives,” said Erin Kurtz, Chief Communications Officer at Frontier. “They are empowering students to leverage technology to change their communities and the world, and we want to give them the best internet to power their learning.”
“DAE is thrilled to have been selected as Frontier's next Broadband for Good award recipient and will receive free high-speed fiber internet,” said AM Bhatt, Founder and CEO of DAE. Ta. “With so many students using computers for learning in our facility, we use a lot of bandwidth, and fast, reliable connectivity is critical to running our courses. Your donation will not only allow us to focus more resources on enhancing our programming, but also allow us to consider new programming that would not be possible without access to the bandwidth that fiber provides.”
