Executives from Dallas-based Comerica Bank and leaders from the city of Frisco attended the recent opening of Comerica's new Frisco Business & Innovation Hub.
Comerica said the hub, located at 17 Cowboys Way in The Star, was created to meet the evolving needs of its colleagues and customers. The building will feature enhanced technology that enhances mobility and prioritizes collaboration, while also supporting individual focus and productivity, Comerica said.
Comerica said it took attendees on a tour of the approximately 100,000-square-foot hub, which will be located on floors 9 to 11 of the new building, which opens in 2023.
A check was presented to the Collin County Black Chamber of Commerce.

In conjunction with the ribbon-cutting ceremony, Comerica presented a $25,000 check to the Collin County Black Chamber of Commerce as part of a $1 million commitment to the United Way of Dallas.
The $25,000 grant to the Collin County Negro Chamber will fund the Entrepreneurship Readiness Program, a six-week program that provides entrepreneurs with the essential foundation to take their business ventures to the next level, according to Comerica. It is said that it will provide.

Attendees toured the bank's newest and largest Comerica co-workspace location in North Texas, anchoring the entire ground floor of an office tower overlooking the Dallas North Tollway.
Comerica said its “state-of-the-art” 4,023-square-foot CoWorkSpaces location is the first in its CoWorkSpaces program, which features an all-new ground-up design and construction, and is designed for coworking, community events, and networking. Comerica said the space serves as part of the North Texas business ecosystem focused on entrepreneurs, small businesses and local nonprofits in Collin and Denton counties.
