Chaminade added some uncertainty to the Mission League baseball race after suffering its first league loss with a 4-2 come-from-behind victory over Harvard-Westlake University on Tuesday.
The Eagles (12-4, 8-3) suffered a rare loss to Harvard-Westlake closer Bryce Reiner, who allowed three runs on three hits in six innings. Jackson Tyler hit a double in the first inning and Matt Churchill scored an RBI. Carter Bennett got the win with two hits.
Harvard University and Westlake University (13-2-1, 9-1-1) had a 2-0 lead. Reiner had three hits and one RBI.
Junior left-hander Brady Ann had great relief pitching with two strikeouts in 1 1/3 innings. Bryce Irvin pitched 1 2/3 scoreless innings in relief.
Orange Lutheran 4, Service 3: Gabe Frazier led the Lancers with a home run, double, and single.
El Camino Real 4, Nogales (Arizona) 1: For the Royals, Devin Goner pitched a complete game and Brendan McClure had three hits.
La Mirada 9, Downey 0: At La Mirada, Walker Calbo pitched five scoreless innings with five strikeouts.
Arcadia 10, Muir 0: For Arcadia, Gabe Lopez had 12 strikeouts in six innings. Leo Peniche had three RBIs.
Crescenta Valley 23, Hoover 0: Dante Cerecedes hit two doubles in the win.
Millikan 3, Long Beach Poly 1: Nolan Patterson pitched 6 1/3 innings and allowed one run, and Anthony Pack contributed three hits for Millikan.

Fountain Valley 4, Los Alamitos 1: Sophomore Josh Gluck hit a grand slam to lead Fountain Valley.
Huntington Beach 8, Edison 3: Trent Grindlinger had two doubles, one triple, one single, and four RBIs for the Oilers.
Vista Murietta 6, Great Oak 4: Brady Ruiben led Vista Murrieta with three hits.
Saugus 2, Heart 1: Ethan Harris' RBI single in the sixth inning helped the Centurions pull off the Foothill League upset. Parker Allman won with 6 innings and 7 strikeouts.
Valencia 3, West Ranch 2: Matthew Moffitt had a walk-off single in the seventh for Valencia. Hunter Manning had three hits for West Ranch.
North Hollywood 10, Mater Dei Catholic 4: Diego Velasquez and Donnelly Dubon each had three RBIs for San Diego.
