London – Kensington Palace is expected to soon reveal specific details about Duchess Kate's health following her disappearance in recent months.
A source with direct knowledge tells TMZ that British media has been briefed on Kate's condition, but there is a strict embargo on information until 2pm ET, 11am PT. .
TMZ has been told that the palace will release a video of Kate speaking about her condition.
TMZ wrote Friday, “According to our sources, this statement is dramatic and clear, and could very well put an end to all controversy surrounding her disappearance.”
