Completion of this transaction is subject to regulatory approval.
This strategic acquisition brings complementary strengths to the market. Myonex is a market leader in pharmaceutical procurement and clinical trial formulation services, with expanding franchises in clinical packaging, labeling and distribution, ancillary equipment and supplies. Creapharm brings scale and deep expertise in clinical packaging and distribution alongside its existing franchise in commercial packaging and supply chain management for advanced therapeutic medicinal products (ATMPs).
