The Tillamook Educational Foundation exists to create excitement and hope for education and to provide opportunities for citizens to donate their time, talent, and treasure with the goal of strengthening and expanding educational opportunities for school-age children. Masu.
What does the Foundation do?
Tillamook Education is a nonprofit organization that exists to centralize and focus resources on the educational programs of the Tillamook School District. The Foundation obtains and manages funds for Tillamook educators and community members for grants, scholarships, and special projects consistent with the Foundation's mission to enhance and expand educational opportunities for school-age children. , we support distribution.
The Foundation Dinner is an annual event that celebrates education and raises funds for Tillamook Education.
Foundation. Revenue comes from sponsorships, ticket sales and activities at events. In addition to the dinner, there will be sponsor presentations, sponsorship opportunities for specific grants, and past grant award success stories.
How will the funds raised be used?
Funds raised at this event will be used to support teacher grants as well as the Foundation's future activities, including scholarships, teacher grants, and student projects. Teachers receive grants for supplies that cannot be purchased with the district's general fund due to limited budgets. Examples include classroom libraries, telescopes, art supplies, and various classroom seats.
