Federal officials said a public health alert was issued Tuesday for Nurture Life's Chicken Parm and Super Veggie Spaghetti meals because they were misbranded and contained undeclared allergens. .

According to a news release from the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS), Nurture Life's ready-to-eat spaghetti contains egg white, a known allergen, which was not listed on the product label. .
The fully cooked chicken meal was manufactured between December 27, 2023 and February 20, 2024, according to FSIS. Products were sold online and shipped directly to consumers across the country.
Products subject to health warning:
- 5.9 oz tray with sleeve label containing “nurture life KIDS MEALS CHICKEN PARM WITH SUPER VEGGIE SPAGHETTI”. The “fun deadline” dates are from his January 9, 2024 to his March 1, 2024.
The issue was discovered after FSIS notified the company that during an internal audit the company had learned that eggs were not listed on the label.
According to FSIS, there are no known reports of side effects from consumers who have consumed this product.
