Here's your guide to the 2024 Arnold Sports Festival. The festival will run from February 29th to March 3rd.
COLUMBUS, Ohio — The Arnold Sports Festival returns to Columbus at the end of the month to celebrate its first anniversary as one of the world's largest multisport fitness events.
The event will be held from February 29th to March 2nd at the Greater Columbus Convention Center. The festival includes strength and Olympic sports, seven IFBB Pro League bodybuilding contests, the NPC Arnold Amateur Bodybuilding Championship, the Arnold Strongman Classic, and the Arnold Classic.
Arnold Expo will feature hundreds of booths featuring the latest in sporting goods, apparel and nutrition. There will also be a stage where various physical fitness contests and exhibitions will be held, and gathering places will be set up throughout the facility.

Friday, March 1st and Saturday, March 2nd: 10am to 7pm
Sunday, March 2nd from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

There are a variety of ticket options for guests this year. The most popular are Daily Expo tickets, which cost $35 on Fridays and Saturdays and $30 on Sundays.

Parking and transportation
From Thursday through Sunday, complimentary shuttle service will be available to all major hotels in downtown Columbus on buses marked “Arnold Downtown Shuttle.” A map of parking locations and shuttle locations can be found here.
Parking at the Ohio Expo Center is available for $10 per day or $24 for a weekend pass.
The Arnold Express shuttle bus runs between the Ohio Expo Center and the Greater Columbus Convention Center.
Reserved parking in the Greater Columbus Convention Center garage starts at $20. Spots can be purchased here.
Parking at Arena District garages is also available for $25 at the Chestnut Street Garage and $15 at the Front Street Garage. You can purchase those spots here.
