Ecommerce Intelligence, an Amazon agency that helps businesses sell products on Amazon, has named Scott Bass as director of operations.
This comes after the company achieved 25% growth in 2023 and has set a similar goal for this year.
Scott joined the Shrewsbury-based company over three years ago in the role of Performance Manager.
“I’m happy to be in my new position,” he said. “It's the best working environment I've ever been involved in, and I love how dedicated and hard-working the entire team is to each client.
“I am delighted to step into the role of director and continue to build client accounts and work with new brands over the coming years.”
The £1 million business moved into new offices last year to strengthen its operational capacity and support future growth. Currently, he has over 50 customers including NikWax and Ardo Medical.
Founder Chris Turton said:
“Scott has led Ecommerce Intelligence for over three years and was promoted for his experience, skills and development of our services.”
The team has a combined 40 years of experience across various aspects of the Amazon Marketplace and has supported over 170 Amazon accounts to date.
The company also has offices in the United States and currently has 11 employees, but Chris said they aim to increase that number this year, including hiring new account and marketing managers.
