A Lebanon County company was acquired.
Sila Services has acquired Palmyra-based ECS Comfort Heating & Cooling, which specializes in the service and installation of residential and small commercial heating, cooling, and hot water systems.
ECS Comfort Heating & Cooling was founded in 1988 and serves Lebanon, Dauphin, and Lancaster counties.

The acquisition took place at the end of December. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Sila Services will keep the ECS Comfort Heating & Cooling name and location on Palmyra's Main Street. Andy Sattazahn will continue to lead his ECS business.
Sila Services is based in Upper Merion Township, Montgomery County and operates 25 brands in 32 locations throughout the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic and Midwest.
