The NASA Small Business Innovation Research/Small Business Technology Transfer (SBIR/STTR) program is part of America's Seed Fund, the nation's largest source of early-stage, non-dilutive funding for innovative technologies. Through this program, entrepreneurs, start-ups, and small businesses with fewer than 500 employees receive financial and non-financial support to build, mature, and commercialize technologies that advance NASA's mission. and contribute to solving important issues facing our country. Whether your destination is the Moon, Mars, or the marketplace, the NASA SBIR/STTR program wants to help get you there.
Phase I recruitment is now open
This is your invitation to start your technology development journey with us and receive up to $1 million in funding for your first three years. Submissions to the 2024 NASA SBIR and STTR Phase I solicitation for ProSAMS are being accepted until March 11, 2024 at 5:00 PM ET. If you are proposing to STTR, be sure to check out the 2024 STTR subtopic videos available on the Phase I page. It's under Resources.

Call all MSIs
NASA invites Principal Investigators (PIs) from Minority Healthcare Provider Institutions (MSIs) to engage in research and collaborate with NASA to prepare for larger funding opportunities such as the STTR Phase I recruitment. We invite you to apply for MPLAN 2024, which offers prizes of up to $50,000. This opportunity is offered through NASA's Minority University Research and Education Project (MUREP). Submission deadline is April 15, 2024.
